Neuro VR Experience – Refund Policy Stepping into another world should never leave you feeling let down in this one. At Neuro, we craft immersive virtual experiences designed to excite, challenge, and amaze. But if something breaks immersion — due to tech issues, scheduling mix-ups, or anything that’s on us — we’ll make it right. That’s our promise, and this is how we do it. Refunds — When They Make Sense We offer full or partial refunds in the following situations: A technical failure on our side interrupted your session and made it unplayable. Your booking was accidentally double-charged or incorrectly billed. You arrived and found we were unable to deliver the experience you booked (wrong room, wrong game, unavailable hardware). You cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If your session was cut short or seriously flawed because of our system or staffing — expect us to own it. Either with a refund or a free rebooking. Your call. When Refunds Don’t Apply Here’s when we don’t issue refunds: You changed your mind after confirming a booking. You arrived late or not at all (and didn’t let us know in time). You didn’t enjoy the experience due to personal taste, motion sensitivity, or discomfort. You ignored instructions, broke our gear, or disrupted the session. Our VR spaces are highly personalized and time-slotted — once that space is reserved and set, it's tough to reassign. So timing matters. Cancellations & Reschedules Cancel 24+ hours in advance? No problem — full refund or credit. Cancel under 24 hours? We can’t promise a refund, but we’ll try to rebook you if possible. No-shows with no notice? Sorry — the session and staff time are lost. You can always contact us if there’s an emergency. We’re human, not a faceless system. How to Ask for a Refund Send us a message via our support channel or front desk. Include: Your name and booking reference Date and time of the session A quick note on what went wrong We’ll review your request personally — not by a bot. You’ll hear back from us quickly, usually within 24–48 hours. Final Thought Neuro exists to expand your reality, not complicate it. If your experience didn’t meet our standards, we want to know — and we’ll do everything we can to reset the timeline.
