Terms and Conditions – Neuro VR Rooms 1. Entering the World of Neuro Welcome to Neuro, a space where technology and imagination converge. By accessing our website or booking a session in one of our VR rooms, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These terms govern your interaction with our virtual reality experiences, facilities, and online platform. Step in with curiosity — and with awareness. 2. Our Services Neuro offers immersive VR experiences designed for individuals, teams, and corporate groups. Services include session bookings, event hosting, gaming scenarios, simulations, and guided VR exploration. All sessions are supervised and tailored to be as safe and enjoyable as possible. The availability of specific experiences may vary by location, time slot, and age requirements. 3. Booking and Check-In Sessions must be booked through our website or at the reception desk. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time for orientation. Late arrivals may result in shortened experiences or cancellation without refund. Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise arranged. 4. Eligibility and Physical Conditions VR is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, severe motion sickness, heart conditions, or those who are pregnant. By using our service, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for immersive experiences. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless attending an approved youth session. 5. Safety and Conduct Your safety in virtual and physical space is our top priority. Users must: Follow all staff instructions Remain within designated safe zones Avoid aggressive physical actions Use equipment responsibly Neuro reserves the right to suspend a session or refuse service to anyone behaving recklessly or inappropriately. 6. Damage and Liability All users are responsible for the VR equipment they interact with. Any deliberate or careless damage may result in financial liability. While we maintain a secure and monitored environment, Neuro is not responsible for personal injury resulting from user negligence or failure to follow safety instructions. Storage for personal items is provided, but we are not liable for lost or stolen belongings. 7. Content Experience and Limits VR content may include action, speed, psychological elements, or mature themes depending on the selected experience. We provide content guidance at the time of booking and on site. Users are encouraged to pause or exit any session if they feel unwell or uncomfortable — and our staff is trained to assist immediately. 8. Pricing, Refunds, and Rescheduling All pricing is listed clearly at the time of booking. Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a full charge. In the event of a technical fault or power interruption during your session, we will offer rescheduling or partial credit at our discretion. 9. Media and Privacy Neuro may document sessions for promotional or training purposes. If any media recording is planned, you will be informed in advance. We respect your right to opt out. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for scheduling, support, and service improvement. We never sell your data or share it with external parties without your permission. 10. Intellectual Property All VR content, brand assets, platform visuals, and custom environments developed or hosted by Neuro are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not record, replicate, or distribute in-room experiences without prior written consent. 11. Updates and Modifications These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. Continued use of our site or facilities implies your agreement to the most current version.
